Terms and Conditions for Scuba Diving Course Purchase
Eligibility To enroll in a scuba diving course, participants must be at least 10 years old and in good health. A medical certificate may be required to confirm fitness to dive.
Booking & Payment A deposit of 30% is required upon booking, with the full payment due 7 days before the start of the course. All payments are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by the provider.
Cancellation & Refunds If the participant cancels within 48 hours of the course start date, a 50% refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the course start date will not be refunded. If the provider cancels the course, a full refund will be issued.
Course Requirements Participants are required to bring their own swimwear, towel, and sunscreen. All scuba equipment will be provided, though personal gear (such as masks and fins) is welcome.
Safety Guidelines All participants must follow the instructor’s guidelines and safety procedures during the course. Failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal from the course without a refund.
Weather & Conditions The course will proceed unless weather conditions pose a safety risk. In case of bad weather, alternative arrangements will be made.
Liability Waiver By signing up for the course, participants acknowledge and accept the risks involved in scuba diving and agree to hold the provider harmless from any liability, injury, or accident that may occur during the course.
Photo/Video Release The provider reserves the right to take photos or videos during the course for promotional purposes. Participants may opt out if they do not wish to be photographed or filmed.
Changes to the Terms & Conditions The provider reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be informed of any significant changes prior to the course date.
